I like the whole positive approach. No consideration for a negative. Once negative thoughts creep in they seem to grow, infest and multiply.

I just watched your entire interview with Daniel Barrett, and LOVED it. I am so inspired. Earlier this year I had started re-reading “Think and Grow Rich” and I am SO on the “thoughts are things” train. I hope to work with you a lot in 2014.

Love this list Ann, especially the first line!
The starving artist myth is what confused me into not following my passion of art and going to engineering school instead.
I definitely want that perception changed for the next generation of artists

Hi Ann

I really appreciate the simplicity and clarity of an action list to describe Artists who Thrive.
Can I suggest that it features a lot of negative actions i.e. Artists who thrive don’t/ are not …

The comments that resonate with me are the business side of things. Your newsletters taught me that early on after signing up. When my mentality switched, so did my approach and as did “their” approach to me.

Thank you for the timely support throughout 2014. Your constant knowledge and advice is always appreciated.

Thanks for the wonderful newsletter. What resonates with me is: Artists Who THRIVE don’t sell art; they create value above and beyond their art.If I create value for my art selling art becomes effortless……you are offering to your clients more than what they have….its part of their life.
