Establishing an accountability partnership. I tried to do this with my co-worker, but it didn’t work. It has to be someone who you meet on mastermind-like events, where people have a genuine interest in making it no matter what (not just daydreaming about it).

We artists work too often in isolation. Isolation is one reason that I belong to a coop gallery. I enjoy the camaraderie of being part of a group who are (sort of) on the same page.
